- Who do you consider to be a resilient person?
- What qualities does this individual possess that contribute to their resilience?
- Describe a time when you demonstrated resilience.
- What qualities helped you be resilient in that situation?
- When have you faced and overcome adversity?
- How did overcoming this challenge strengthen you?
- Why do you consider resilience to be important?
- Why are these values important to you?
- Provide an example of how you are currently practicing resilience in your life.
